My new life

I have started on a new eating plan. One I won't call a diet but a better way of eating. I just started on Monday but so far so good. I have actually enjoyed the meals and plan so far and I have really been sticking to it. This week so far I have turned down cupcakes one day and donuts the next. Also I gave myself a pat on the back because I went to the The Dollar Tree and started throwing my usual candies in the basket telling myself that I would store it until I was ready to treat myself on the weekends. But I decided that would not be a good move so I put all of it back on the shelves. I walked out feeling pretty good that I made a better decision. Can't wait to see the results and be healthier and smaller.

True Blood Fan Review

Episode 10
Although I am behind I had to add this quick review of True Blood.
What in the world Sookie is one bad chic, she serious with those light balls flying out of her hand. She totally brought Eric out of his witch Spell. However Miss Sookie don’t know if she want to make whoopee with Eric, Bill or both this season Jason is still the man whore of the show, he sleeps with Jessica and then decides to feel guilty after the fact. One might say typical man, but I won’t for now. Marney bought done lost her flipping mind. Who knew that Marney was actually encouraging the spirit of the old witch to do all the evil she is doing.
The hilarity begins Andy told Terry that he came home from the military and lived in the tree house like an insane squirrel. The fight between the two of them was pretty funny; VBA (vamperblood Andy) told Terry he was scared like a little kid.
Alcide gone have to do something about his she wolf because she got a few whore-ish tendencies.
Question why in the world did Lafayette have on those shorts with the orange trimmed socks? When his Boyfriend started to penetrate the wall of protection that Marney put up his demon head appeared. Oh Boy what’s next?
The four man swat team of Eric, Bill, Jessica and Pam was pretty cool at the end, the black gear was hot. I can’t wait to see who gets hurt if anybody when they try to penetrate the protective wall.

I have been dealing with some
personal things and having some trouble sleeping. I just received a word from god. I heard let not your heart be troubled. I think I can sleep now.

The little things

I am starting to look more closely at the little things in life. Some people say don't sweat the small stuff some one even wrote a book about it. But I think that there should be more attention paid to see the potential of those things becoming bigger stuff. Of course not everything requires attention but I do believe there should be some thought put into the small things. In paying attention to the little things I believe they will help me to answer the questions.
1. How do I know I'm ready for change?
2. How do I find the courage tio step out of my old self.
3. Where do I begin.
Striving towards fulfilling my god given talent.
