My new life
I have started on a new eating plan. One I won't call a diet but a better way of eating. I just started on Monday but so far so good. I have actually enjoyed the meals and plan so far and I have really been sticking to it. This week so far I have turned down cupcakes one day and donuts the next. Also I gave myself a pat on the back because I went to the The Dollar Tree and started throwing my usual candies in the basket telling myself that I would store it until I was ready to treat myself on the weekends. But I decided that would not be a good move so I put all of it back on the shelves. I walked out feeling pretty good that I made a better decision. Can't wait to see the results and be healthier and smaller.
